You’ve had some good podcasts, but this one really had me riveted. Welcome back. Excellent podcast. Please get an interview with someone from GAG.

Very informative, indeed. I was especially interested in the part about the level and quality of design graduates today. For those of us who don’t know what the “good” design schools that existed back in the day or what that era was like when there were different curriculums/standards - what resources are available for us to be up to par, so to speak, with good design - real superior work as opposed to mediocre…etc?

I loved this podcast! I have been adjunct teaching some graphic design courses at a local community college the last 3 years and recently began teaching a Photoshop design course at a local university.. When you said “what’s wrong with designers thinking?” and mentioned the “wrist-down” vs. “neck-up” philosophy I audibly applauded. Just this past week in at least 2 of my classes I told them they need to be able to differentiate themselves from the average joe who can pick up Photoshop or Flash and turn a few tricks.
